1 General Terms & Conditions

Tka11 is an international-standard online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between tka11 and its members. By accessing or using the tka11 website or app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. For major changes, tka11 will notify members by email or notification. However, we recommend checking this page regularly at your own discretion.

All registered members of tka11 are subject to these Terms and Conditions. tka11 reserves the right to verify any account or transaction.

2 Account Register

The following requirements must be met to open an account on tka11:

• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID card or passport may be required to verify age.
• Each individual may hold a maximum of one tka11 account. If multiple accounts are detected, both will be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The name, address, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility. Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal services may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

Tka11 may request additional documentation to verify suspicious accounts. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on tka11:

• The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the member's own verified account — the name and phone number on your Mobile Banking, Nagad, or Rocket account must match your registration details.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction, if detected, will result in account termination.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 business hours. Additional time may be required if verification is needed.
• There are no transaction fees for deposits. A small fee may apply to withdrawals in certain circumstances.
• Tka11 complies with relevant international guidelines on anti-money laundering. tka11 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Tka11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Before using any bonus, please note the following terms:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement. Typically, you must wager the bonus amount between 20x and 40x before withdrawing.
• The welcome bonus is available once per person only. Claiming it multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings from bonus funds.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period expires.
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games. Please check the Promotions page for full terms on each offer.
• Tka11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing any game on the tka11 platform:

• All games are certified by international RNG (Random Number Generator) standards and are completely fair.
• In the event of a technical issue during gameplay, the decision of tka11's management will be considered final.
• In Sports Betting, match results are determined based on the official announcement by the relevant governing body.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in any game to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained this way will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tka11 platform:

• Opening an account using false or fraudulent information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to tka11's systems or networks.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.

7 Account Termination & Suspension

Tka11 may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any verified balance will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

Tka11 firmly believes that gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income. To support the wellbeing of our members, we have put in place the following safeguards:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: You will receive regular reminders about how long you have been playing.
